No two clients are the same and therefore one all encompassing approach is never usually suitable.  Moreover the instruction should be tailored not only to the clients requirements, but also to their individual learning style.  A person who learns through visualisation will not learn if all they hear is the spoken word. Likewise the client who learns by practise and doing will quickly become frustrated with too much discussion.  At South West Sporting we understand this all too clearly and adjust everything in order to maximise effectiveness and ensure the client is central to all coaching.
